We do not transport hazardous materials, explosives, flammable liquids, perishable goods,
illegal substances, or any item prohibited under Indian law.
5. Liability & Insurance
While we take utmost care in handling goods, we are not liable for:
- Damage due to natural disasters or unavoidable events.
- Loss or damage to improperly packed items (if self-packed by customer).
- Mechanical or electrical malfunction of electronic items.
Transit insurance is recommended and may be arranged upon request at additional cost.
6. Delays
Delivery timelines are estimated. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic,
road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for such delays.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made prior to dispatch.
- Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on service stage.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time.
